1. Shipping Inclusion: Shipping costs are included in the pricing of all our truck pack products to destinations within most of the continental United States and most Canadian provinces. This means that the price you see on our website or receive from our sales team includes the cost of shipping to these locations. Taxes are extra. Contact a member of our sales team to learn how taxes are applied in your region.
   
2. Exclusions and Quotations: Some exclusions may apply at our discretion. In certain cases, due to various factors such as location, among others, additional shipping charges may be necessary. Our sales team will provide you with a quotation for shipping costs if your order falls under these exclusions. We will communicate any additional charges and seek your approval before finalizing your order.
   
3. Dock and/or Forklift Requirement: Please note that a commercial address with a dock and/or forklift is required at the delivery location for all truck pack product shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability of appropriate equipment to safely unload and receive the delivery. If a dock or forklift is not available, please contact our sales team to discuss alternative arrangements. Additional charges may apply for specialized equipment or services.
   
4. Shipping Surcharges: In certain areas, additional shipping surcharges may apply due to factors such as remote locations, limited accessibility, or other logistical challenges. If your delivery address is in a surcharge-affected area, our sales team will inform you of any applicable fees during the quotation process. These surcharges will be communicated and confirmed before your order is finalized.
   
5. Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders on time, within the agreed upon delivery window and/or build slot from the time of ordering. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the material availability, current shop workload, and shipping destination, among other things. Our sales team will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe specific to your order.
   
6. International Shipping: International shipping (anywhere that is not the United States or Canada) is handled on a case-by-case basis. International shipping to a location outside of the United States or Canada is not included in our free shipping or shipping included promotions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
